Customer Relationship Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Customer Relationship Associate to serve as the first point of contact for Noinso’s clients. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, educate customers on our premium product lines and field team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and digital channels with a high level of professionalism.
• • Log and manage customer leads using Noinso's CRM platform.
• • Utilize the ERP Tool to accurately log locations and trigger site visits for the Business Development team.
• • Act as the primary bridge between the customer, the Revenue/BD team and Site Operations to ensure smooth handovers.
• • Conduct follow-up calls with clients post-site visit and post-installation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
