Operations Process Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Process Manager to oversee and coordinate core operational functions across manufacturing, shipping and logistics. This role ensures that products move smoothly from production to delivery, with clear processes, efficient workflows and reliable execution.
The ideal candidate will manage factory operations, domestic dispatch and international shipments while maintaining strong coordination between internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day factory operations and production coordination
• Plan and manage dispatch schedules for domestic shipments
• Handle international shipping coordination including documentation and logistics
• Ensure smooth movement of products from manufacturing to delivery
• Maintain operational processes for inventory, dispatch and order tracking
• Coordinate with procurement, production and installation teams
• Improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce delays

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in operations, logistics or supply chain management
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and dispatch operations
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation
• Strong coordination and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously
